For congresses in Vienna we handle transfers between the airport, hotels and the venue. The Austria Center Vienna sits right next to the Vienna International Centre (UNO City) in the Donaustadt district, and the route from the airport via the A4 motorway and the ring road is easy to plan.
At multi-day congresses, guests arrive at different times. We work from your delegate list, assign arrivals to vehicles and group guests with similar arrival times. Up to one hour of waiting time at the airport is free, and flight delays cost nothing extra.

Messe Wien transfer for exhibitors and visitors
We drive exhibitors, stand staff and VIP visitors to Messe Wien in the Leopoldstadt district – from the hotel to the exhibition grounds in the morning, and back or to a client event in the evening. For teams of eight or more we use the Mercedes Sprinter XXL, which carries up to 21 passengers.
A fixed rhythm works well on trade fair days: the driver shuttles between hotel and fair at agreed times, and in between, vehicle and chauffeur are available for client meetings. Billing is by the hour, with 20 km per hour included.

Can I book a driver service for a delegation over several days?

How is a congress assignment billed?
Depending on the schedule, either by the hour from €50 per hour with 20 km per hour included, or with fixed prices per route. You receive a quote before the event and an invoice to your company afterwards, payable by bank transfer or card.
What happens if congress guests land later than planned?
Up to one hour of waiting time at the airport is free, and flight delays do not incur extra charges. Give us the flight numbers so we can re-plan pickups and regroup guests if arrival times change.
Can speakers and groups be driven separately?
Yes, that is common at congresses. Speakers or guests of honour travel individually in a limousine, delegates together in the van or Sprinter. We plan both journeys so everyone arrives at the venue at the right time.

That depends on route, vehicle and duration. Single journeys between hotel and fair receive a fixed price on request, while a shuttle service throughout the day is billed by the hour from €50 per hour with 20 km per hour included.
Do you use name signs when collecting congress guests?
Yes. The chauffeurs meet your guests at the airport or station with a name sign, on request with your company or congress name. We send you the drivers’ contact details in advance so nobody is left searching.
Can you cover evening events after the congress day?
Yes, we drive around the clock. Many congresses have an evening programme at the City Hall, a Heuriger wine tavern or a restaurant. We take guests there and back to their hotels after the event.
Do you drive participants to partner programmes?
Yes, for accompanying persons we drive to sights, shopping or excursions to the Wachau Valley. Such journeys can be booked by the hour or as a tour at a fixed price on request. The driver waits on site while your guests explore.
Can I book the business chauffeur for a single meeting?

Can you drive delegations to an appointment in Bratislava?
Yes, Bratislava is easy to reach from Vienna. We quote a fixed price on request for the journey. If you wish, the chauffeur waits on site and drives the delegation back on the same day.
Are your vehicles suitable for board-level travel?
Yes, First Class with the Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series is intended for board members and guests of honour. All vehicles are no more than 36 months old and equipped with Wi-Fi and bottled water.

Is there a contact person during the event?
Yes, you have one contact person on our side who is in touch with all assigned drivers. You pass programme changes to this person, who then informs the chauffeurs concerned immediately. We are reachable 24/7 throughout the event.
Can the chauffeur transport luggage between hotel and fair?
Yes, within the vehicle’s capacity. The V-Class takes 6 suitcases; for the Sprinter we confirm luggage capacity on request. For trade fair material, please tell us the quantity and size in advance so we can choose the right vehicle.
Do you offer transfers between two venues?
Yes, for example between the Austria Center Vienna and the Hofburg, or between the fair and a hotel. We plan shuttle journeys on a fixed schedule or on demand, depending on your programme. Waiting times between sessions are included in hourly bookings.
Can a company book journeys for candidates or partners?
Yes, you book and pay, and we collect the person and take them to the appointment. The confirmation goes to you, and on request we inform the guest about the meeting point and time. The invoice is issued to your company.
Can I book a Sprinter for a company outing?
Yes, the Mercedes Sprinter XXL carries 9 to 21 passengers. For team outings, for example to the Wachau Valley or Lake Neusiedl, we quote a fixed price on request including waiting time on site. Smaller teams can travel in the V-Class.
Can a vehicle be on standby during a trade fair day?
Yes, with an hourly booking the chauffeur is available all day. Between planned journeys the driver waits near the exhibition grounds and takes you to client meetings whenever you need. Waiting time is part of the booked hours.
How early should we request vehicles for a congress?
As early as possible, once the date and approximate number of participants are fixed. Details such as arrival times can follow later. Early reservation helps especially when several Sprinters or S-Class vehicles are needed on the same day.
Can journeys be billed to cost centres?
Yes, we include cost centres, project numbers or event names on the invoice. On request we also split journeys by day or participant group. Payment is usually by bank transfer; credit card and cash are also possible.
Which languages do the chauffeurs speak at international congresses?
Our chauffeurs are multilingual and English is standard. For international events we assign drivers according to the participants’ languages wherever possible. Ideally, tell us your guests’ countries of origin at the briefing, so we can plan the drivers early.
How do you handle last-minute programme changes?
Pass changes to your contact person by phone or WhatsApp. We adjust times and vehicles as far as drivers are available. The earlier we know, the easier it is to re-plan the day for everyone.
What applies when individual journeys in the congress plan are cancelled?
Individual journeys can be cancelled free of charge up to two hours before pickup. For larger changes to the overall plan, please contact us early so we can adjust the vehicle planning accordingly. Every change is confirmed to you in writing.
Do you also collect guests at Bratislava Airport?
Yes, some congress guests land in Bratislava. We collect them there and bring them to Vienna. A fixed price on request applies to this route, and the journey time depends on traffic at the border.
