In principle we carry groups of every kind, including children and teenagers. We clarify the details, such as accompanying adults and child seats, in advance. Child seats are free if you tell us how many you need. Please also let us know the plan for the day.
Is there Wi-Fi in the minibus?
Yes, as in all our vehicles, Wi-Fi and water are on board. Groups particularly appreciate this on longer journeys to excursion destinations. Participants can read emails on the way or run through a presentation one more time.
What is the difference between a minibus and a coach?
A minibus such as the Sprinter XXL is more manoeuvrable, fits into the narrow streets of the old town and stops right outside the hotel or venue. For groups of up to 21 it is therefore more practical than a full-size coach.
Can I cancel the group transfer free of charge?
Yes, up to 2 hours before the agreed pickup. If the number of passengers changes, we adjust the booking as long as the vehicle has enough capacity. If not, we add a van to the journey. Please tell us about changes as early as possible.
Can the minibus be booked for a stag or hen party?
Yes, the minibus is well suited to stag and hen parties and birthday celebrations. Agree the route and stops with us in advance so that we plan the time correctly. Water and Wi-Fi are on board, and the driver takes the group safely home at the end.
How do I reach the driver on the day?
You receive the driver’s phone number with the booking confirmation. On the day he coordinates directly with your contact person, for example if the group is running late. You can call him or send a WhatsApp message at any time.

Do you drive the minibus to Bratislava airport?
Yes, journeys to Bratislava, Budapest or Prague are possible by minibus too. For cross-border group transfers we provide a fixed price, set before the journey and covering all kilometres. For groups with lots of luggage we plan the capacity with you in advance.
Which languages does the minibus driver speak?
Our chauffeurs speak several languages, including English and German. For international groups we take requested languages into account when scheduling. The driver can then answer guests’ questions about the route and arrival time directly. Mention the languages when you enquire.
Can I transport luggage and sports equipment in the minibus?
Yes, by arrangement. For sports equipment or a lot of luggage we reduce the number of seats or plan a second vehicle. Give us the details when you enquire. We tell you honestly in advance what will fit.
Do you drive delegations over several days?
Yes, by arrangement over several days too. We plan the individual journeys in advance and try to assign the same driver for the whole period. For companies we issue one combined invoice for all journeys at the end. Please contact us early.
