How much does a chauffeur cost in Vienna?
A chauffeur in Vienna costs from €50 per hour with us, including 20 km per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. For set routes such as an airport transfer or a journey to Salzburg, you receive a fixed price on request. A meter never runs – the price is fixed before the journey begins.

Chauffeur Vienna hourly rate: cost and minimum booking
A chauffeur by the hour costs from €50 in Vienna with us, with 20 km per hour included. The minimum booking is 2 hours. For a four-hour booking you therefore have 80 km available – normally plenty for appointments within Vienna.
The hourly model pays off if you have several stops, wait between appointments or want to keep your evening flexible. The driver stays with you the whole time, and waiting is part of the booked time. How this works in practice is shown on our page rent a chauffeur.
The hourly rate from €50 is the starting price. The amount for the S-Class, the van or the minibus, and for additional kilometres, is stated in your quote before you book.
Fixed prices for transfers – including the Vienna airport transfer
For set routes we calculate a fixed price that is confirmed in writing before the journey. That applies to the drive from the airport to your hotel as much as to journeys to Salzburg, Budapest or Prague.
We hold a taxi licence but drive without a meter. Traffic, a diversion or a delayed flight therefore do not change the agreed amount. The drive from the airport to the city centre takes around 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic – and you still know the price in advance. We deliberately do not publish fixed price tables, because pickup address, vehicle class, time and number of passengers all affect the amount. Instead you receive a binding quote for your specific journey, usually within a short time.

Limousine Vienna price by vehicle class
The price of a limousine depends mainly on the vehicle class. You can choose between Business (Mercedes E-Class, 3 passengers, 2 suitcases), First Class (Mercedes S-Class, 3 passengers, 2 suitcases), Van (Mercedes V-Class, up to 7 passengers, 6 suitcases) and Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter XXL, 9 to 21 passengers), each or similar.
For special occasions such as a ball, a birthday or a wedding, many guests choose the S-Class from our limousine service. For groups, our minibus with driver is often cheaper per person than several separate vehicles.

What does a private chauffeur in Vienna cost per hour?
From €50 per hour, including 20 km per hour. The minimum booking is 2 hours. For a higher vehicle class or more kilometres, we state the exact amount in your quote in advance, so you know what to expect before booking.
How much is a private transfer from Vienna airport to the city centre?
For the airport transfer you receive a fixed price on request. It depends on pickup address, vehicle class and number of passengers and is confirmed in writing before the journey. Up to 1 hour of waiting at the airport is free, and flight delays cost nothing extra.
Why is there no price list?
Because the price depends on several factors: route, vehicle, time and group size. A flat list would either be inaccurate or have to include a buffer. With an individual fixed price you pay exactly for your journey and still know the amount in advance.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Waiting within the booked hours, child seats, Wi-Fi, water and luggage within capacity are included. We do not charge extra for flight delays. Everything that affects the price is in the quote beforehand – and what is not in it, you do not pay.
What happens if I drive more than 20 km per hour?
We plan additional kilometres when you enquire and give you the total price before the journey. If a longer route comes up on the day, we discuss it with you before the driver sets off. That keeps the bill transparent.
Is a chauffeur more expensive than a taxi?
For a single short trip, often yes. For set routes with luggage, several passengers or waiting time the difference is smaller, because no meter runs. In return you get a pre-booked vehicle, a fixed price and a chauffeur who waits for you.
How do I pay for the journey?
By credit card, bank transfer or cash. You choose the payment method when booking. Companies receive an invoice in the company name, on request as a summary of all journeys in a month. The amount is in the quote in advance, whatever the payment method.
Until when is cancellation free?
Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before the agreed pickup. After that the driver usually cannot be assigned elsewhere. Changes to the time or number of passengers are normally possible at no extra cost, as long as the vehicle still fits.

What is the limousine Vienna price with a chauffeur?

Does waiting at the airport cost extra?
Up to 1 hour of waiting at the airport and at train stations is free. There are no extra charges for flight delays. That gives you enough time for passport control and baggage reclaim without watching the clock.
How much is a day trip with a chauffeur?
We calculate excursions such as the Wachau Valley or Hallstatt as a fixed price that includes waiting time on site. Tell us the destination, duration and number of passengers, and you will receive a quote for the whole day.
Is the quote binding?
Yes, the confirmed price applies to the agreed service. If you change the route, duration or vehicle, we adjust the quote and give you the new amount before the journey takes place. That way there is no discussion at the end of the ride.
How much is a van for 7 people?
For the van you receive a fixed price for the route or an hourly rate in your quote. The V-Class has room for up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases. Per person, that is often cheaper than two separate vehicles.
Is a wedding journey more expensive?
No, the hourly rate from €50 and the 2-hour minimum also apply to weddings. For guest transfers we provide a fixed price. We plan the schedule with you so that the booked time fits.
Why is a fixed price better than a meter?
Because you know the amount in advance. Traffic, roadworks and diversions are not at your expense. Especially on a rush-hour drive to the airport, that makes planning easier and takes your eyes off a running counter.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The price is always per vehicle, not per person. In a group, the cost is shared among everyone travelling. With a van or minibus in particular, the journey often works out cheaper per head than expected.
Does a child seat cost anything?
No, child seats and booster seats are free. Give us the age or weight of the children when you enquire so the right seat is fitted in the vehicle. This applies to every vehicle class, and several seats for siblings are no problem.
Are there prices for corporate clients?
For companies with regular journeys we are happy to discuss invoicing, for example a monthly summary invoice. Get in touch if you frequently book journeys for staff or guests. We then agree the terms together.
Do I have to pay in advance?
We agree the payment terms when you book. Credit card, bank transfer or cash are possible. Companies usually pay by bank transfer after receiving the invoice. The arrangement for your journey is stated in the booking confirmation, so everything is clear from the start.
How much is a minibus with driver?
We calculate the minibus for 9 to 21 people as a fixed price on request, based on route, duration and time. For groups, the price per person is usually lower than with several smaller vehicles.
Is there a fee for extra stops?
With an hourly booking, stops within the booked time are included. For a fixed-price transfer we plan extra stops in advance and give you the price for them, so the bill holds no surprises. Ideally tell us the stops when you enquire.
Do you hold a taxi licence?
Yes, we hold a taxi licence but do not charge by meter – we charge the agreed fixed price or hourly rate. For you that is more transparent, because the price is set in advance and does not change on the way.
Does a night journey cost more?
We state the price for your journey in the quote in advance, including for early or late pickup times. We can be reached around the clock and drive at night too. Just tell us the time you need when you enquire.
What is the Vienna to Salzburg transfer price?
For the route to Salzburg you receive a fixed price on request. The drive takes around 3 hours and 16 minutes. The price depends mainly on the vehicle class and is fixed before the journey.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually at short notice, as we can be reached around the clock. The fastest way is by phone or WhatsApp. Complex requests with several vehicles may take a little longer, so please give us all the details in your first message.
Is a tip included in the price?
Tipping is voluntary and not included in the price. If you were happy with the journey, the chauffeur will appreciate it. There is no expectation and no surcharge for it – it is entirely up to you.
Does extending the booking cost extra?
Additional time is charged at the agreed hourly rate, provided the driver is available. Just let us know during the journey. At the end you receive a statement that clearly shows the extra time.
Are tolls and the motorway vignette included?
For fixed prices on longer routes we include all journey costs in the quote. You pay the agreed amount without having to pay anything extra on the way. If anything is unclear, just ask – the fixed price covers the whole route.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, for every journey on request. Companies receive an invoice in the company name with all the details needed for accounting. Several journeys can be combined on one summary invoice, which we send by email.
