A Mercedes V-Class with chauffeur for families, small groups and business travellers. One vehicle, one driver, every suitcase on board.
You can hire a van with driver from us from €50 per hour, including 20 km per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. For fixed routes such as a minivan transfer to Vienna airport you receive a fixed price on request. The Mercedes V-Class has room for up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases, and child seats are free.

The Mercedes V-Class or a similar model is our vehicle for 1 to 7 passengers with up to 6 suitcases. Instead of splitting your party between two taxis, everyone travels together: families stay together, teams can prepare their next meeting on the way, and nobody waits at the destination for the second car.
Like every vehicle in our fleet, the van is no more than 36 months old. Wi-Fi and water are on board, and we provide child seats free of charge. At the wheel is a multilingual chauffeur who takes care of route, traffic and parking.
If you need more than 7 seats, our minibus with driver for 9 to 21 people is the right choice. For two or three travellers with light luggage, the saloon is often enough.
The van comes into its own whenever several people travel together with luggage and do not want to be split across two taxis.
The main difference is the price: instead of a taximeter, an agreed fixed price or hourly rate applies with us. We hold a taxi licence but drive without a meter, so traffic jams and detours do not change your bill.
A large taxi that you can flag down spontaneously is rare in Vienna. The van, by contrast, is booked in advance for a fixed time, with the right number of child seats and the certainty that every suitcase will fit.
At Vienna airport up to 1 hour of waiting is free, and there are no extra charges for flight delays. How the pickup works there is described on our airport transfer page. Current arrival times are on the website of Vienna Airport.
Tell us the date, time, route, number of passengers and suitcases, and any child seats you need.
You receive a fixed price for the route or the hourly rate for your booking.
The chauffeur collects you on time, loads the luggage and takes you to your destination.
By credit card, bank transfer or cash. Companies receive an invoice.
For companies, the business van is the simplest way to move a small team together. One vehicle instead of several taxis, everyone arrives at the same time, and the next meeting can be discussed on the way.
It is booked by the hour from €50 per hour including 20 km per hour, or at a fixed price for a route. Waiting time between appointments is part of the booked time. Read more about corporate travel on our business chauffeur Vienna page.

Yes, the van is our 7-seater, and for the airport route you receive a fixed price on request, set in advance. No meter runs, so traffic and delays do not change the price. The drive to the city centre takes around 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Yes, the van is ideal for that: up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases, and we provide child seats and boosters free of charge. Tell us the age or weight of the children when you enquire so that the right seats are fitted. That is a big advantage over a spontaneous taxi.

Not necessarily. You pay a fixed price for the whole vehicle, not per person. With five to seven travellers and luggage, a van is therefore often the cheaper and simpler option compared with two separate vehicles.
Yes, by prior arrangement. Bulky items need more space than suitcases, so we plan the number of passengers accordingly. With a lot of equipment, the minibus may be the better choice. We tell you honestly in advance what fits.
Yes. Companies receive an invoice in the company name, on request as a summary for several journeys. Payment by bank transfer is usual for corporate clients. The invoice clearly lists every journey with date and route.
Yes, please let us know in advance so we know what is needed. The chauffeur takes time when you get in and out and stows walking aids or a folding wheelchair in the luggage area, as long as there is room. Together we check before booking whether the vehicle suits your situation.
