The real advantage of an event chauffeur shows after the event. When everyone leaves at once, taxi ranks are long, ride-hailing apps are expensive or overloaded and the underground is packed. Your driver, by contrast, is at the agreed place at the agreed time.

During the ball season in January and February we drive guests to balls at the Hofburg, City Hall, Musikverein and Konzerthaus. For the Opera Ball we recommend enquiring several weeks in advance, as First Class books up early for that evening.
Balls often end in the early hours. Instead of a fixed time, an hourly booking keeps you flexible: the chauffeur waits nearby and is at the exit within a few minutes of your call. For single journeys we agree a fixed pickup time.

Rides to the Stadthalle and Ernst Happel Stadium – with a planned meeting point
For major events at the Stadthalle or Ernst Happel Stadium, we agree a meeting point a little away from the main exit. That way the chauffeur avoids the worst of the traffic and you find the car without searching.

New Year’s Eve driver in Vienna – safely through the longest night
On New Year’s Eve we drive you to the Imperial Ball, a dinner or a party and take you home again after midnight. It is one of the busiest nights of the year, so booking early is particularly important.
Road closures and heavy pedestrian traffic are possible in the city centre that night. We plan meeting points so they remain accessible for the vehicle. Current information on the New Year’s Eve trail and closures is published by the City of Vienna.

You agree pickup time and meeting point with us in advance. The chauffeur waits a little away from the main exit, where traffic is lighter. You walk a few minutes, get in and drive straight home or to your hotel.
Where do I meet the chauffeur after an event?
We agree the meeting point together before the event, usually a quiet side street within walking distance. You receive the driver’s phone number and can call or message directly after the performance. That works in English too.
Which is cheaper: an hourly booking or an outward and return journey?
For long events such as a ball, two single journeys at a fixed price are often cheaper. For shorter concerts or several stops in one evening, an hourly booking from €50 per hour pays off, because the driver waits in between.

What happens if the concert runs longer than planned?
With an hourly booking you simply extend, as long as the driver is available. With a fixed pickup time, just give us a quick call and we will adjust the pickup wherever possible, so you do not miss the encore.
How early should I book a chauffeur for a stadium concert?
As soon as you have your tickets. For big concerts at the Ernst Happel Stadium, many guests enquire at the same time. The earlier you book, the more certain you are to get the vehicle you want at the time you want.

Yes, we drive right up to the Musikverein near Karlsplatz and collect you there after the concert. As the area is central, pickup is usually quick and easy, even when the hall empties at once.
How much does a concert transfer in Vienna cost?
Single journeys to a venue receive a fixed price on request, depending on pickup address and vehicle class. By the hour, prices start from €50 per hour with 20 km per hour included and a 2-hour minimum.
Can I leave things in the car during the event?
With an hourly booking the vehicle stays with you, so coats or bags can remain in the car. With single journeys, please take everything with you, as the driver may take other bookings in between.
Can you take guests home after a company party?
Yes, we drive guests home or to their hotels after company parties. For many guests we plan several vehicles and routes, and the invoice goes to the company. Guests travel safely and nobody has to wait for a taxi late at night.
Do you drive to events at the Hofburg?
Yes, to balls, galas and concerts at the Hofburg. We take you to the right entrance at Heldenplatz or Josefsplatz, depending on where the event takes place. For the return journey we agree a meeting point that is easy for the vehicle to reach.
Is there water in the car after the event?
Yes, bottled water is available in every vehicle, as is Wi-Fi. After a long ball or stadium concert, many guests appreciate that on the way home. Child seats are also provided free of charge on request.
Can the chauffeur drop guests at different addresses after the event?
Yes, give us all the addresses when booking and we will plan the route. Several stops are part of every hourly booking anyway, and for single journeys we include them in the fixed price. Guests from abroad can be taken back to their hotels.
Do you drive guests from their hotel to an event and back?
Yes, many international visitors stay in the city centre and have us drive them to the opera or a concert. Our chauffeurs are multilingual and speak English, and pickup is directly at the hotel entrance.
Do you also drive to the Konzerthaus?
Yes, the Konzerthaus in the 3rd district is only a few minutes from the Ring. We take you to the entrance and agree a pickup time or a nearby meeting point for the journey home.
Do you collect guests from outside Vienna for an event in the city?
Yes, also from Lower Austria or Burgenland. For pickups outside Vienna we quote a fixed price on request. That way everyone enjoys the evening without anyone having to drive home after a glass of wine.
How do I recognise the car after the event?
You receive the driver’s name and phone number in advance. At the meeting point, give a quick call and the driver will describe exactly where the car is parked, so you find it even in a crowd.
Do you still collect guests from the city centre after midnight?
Yes, we operate around the clock. A driver can be booked even for the ride home after a ball at three in the morning. As always, you know the price for the night journey in advance.
How much time should I allow for the journey there?
From the inner districts, 15 to 30 minutes is usually enough. For major events at the stadium or Stadthalle we plan more of a buffer, as queues can build up before the doors open. We agree the pickup time with you when booking.
Can I cancel the event chauffeur free of charge?
Yes, up to two hours before the agreed pickup. If a concert is cancelled, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan the vehicle for someone else. Changes to the time are also possible.
Do you offer event journeys in the S-Class?
Yes, First Class with the Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series is particularly popular for balls and galas. It seats 3 passengers. For larger groups we recommend the V-Class with up to 7 seats, or two limousines with the same pickup time.
Can I go to a restaurant before the concert?
Yes, with an hourly booking you go to dinner first, then to the concert and home afterwards. The chauffeur waits between stops and you do not need to organise anything, which is ideal if you are new to Vienna.
Do you drive to football matches at the Ernst Happel Stadium?
Yes, to international matches, European cup nights and other games. After the final whistle, traffic around the Prater is heavy, so we agree a meeting point away from the main routes. Your driver tells you the exact spot in advance.
Is an event chauffeur more expensive during the ball season?
The same pricing logic applies as at any other time: fixed prices for routes, an hourly rate from €50 per hour for time bookings. We quote the price for your evening in advance. In the ball season, availability is what matters most, so book early.
Can I get a child seat for a family concert?
Yes, child seats are free of charge. For family concerts or afternoon musicals, tell us the age or weight of the children when booking. The seat is already fitted at pickup, so you can set off straight away.
Can I book an event chauffeur spontaneously in the evening?
Often, yes – we are available 24/7. On evenings with big concerts, balls or on New Year’s Eve, availability is limited, though. For spontaneous requests it is best to call us directly or send a WhatsApp message.
Do you also drive to theatre performances?
Yes, for example to the Burgtheater, Volksoper, Theater an der Wien or Ronacher. For theatre evenings with dinner, an hourly booking is often the most convenient option. After the performance the chauffeur waits at an agreed point near the exit.
